RecommendedGreat customer service. I came in for an o-ring and a gasket for my above-ground pool, and the salesperson was very helpful and friendly (unlike what I had encountered a few minutes before at the other pool place down Broad Street). Even though I was making a very small purchase, I was treated courteously.
Originally when I ordered my hot tub it took much longer to be delivered than promised. When it finally did arrive it was the wrong color. Since my purchase, I have tried to get a replacement part and on both attempt I was promised a phone call to follow up butt no one ever seems to be able to contact me. Customer service is seriously lacking at this business.
