Jake and Tim came to fit my log burner. They turned up on time and were super efficient. Jake had previously visited my property and explained in detail what would be required, and gave us options. He answered any questions there and then and also kept us informed at every step of the way. Both Jake and Tim were professional in their manner and completed the work to a very high standard. Excellent service. Had an evaporative air conditioning unit installed and would happily use for future works and ongoing maintenance. Would highly reccommend :)
I recently had a gas fire installed ahead of the winter and the service was excellent. The install was completed in a few hours and was alot quicker than I anticipated. This included build out of the cavity to suit the fire I chose as it was alot larger than the existing fire we had. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I got and we did not have to wait a long time for the booking. Will definitely be using Joondalup Heating & Cooling again.
Very helpful and professional with our wood fire installation and recommendations for all gas fire servicing and repairs reasonably priced and the staff are all lovely so 5 stars to Joondalup heating and cooling.
I just recently had my air conditioned serviced & must say thanks to Jake the experience was exceptional. He did a thorough inspection checking for leaks etc & the cleaning process was detailed, filters were removed & cleaned & although they were heavily soiled he cleaned them well enough to get me through another year rather than having to spend extra money to replace them 👍 air conditioner is now running much better & can definitely feel the difference of the air flow.
