Been coming here for most of my life and can't recommend it enough. Dr Sinclair is so kind and knows how to deal with neuro divergent children. The nursing staff and receptionists are also amazing. Joondalup Drive Medical Center is just brilliant.
Used to love this practice but my experience with Dr Jennifer Truong has left me very frustrated and I won’t be back. I came in to test my iron levels and do some other blood tests however when I went to get my results I found she had forgotten to do my iron test so had to get a second blood test in a week. Barely even an apology for wasting my time. On Friday she said she would call me personally with the results on Monday but on Monday I got no call.
