I have been under Dr Crawford's scrutiny for 18 years he told me recently and while I cannot fault him and some of his other colleagues, the Receptionist staff are another matter The previous front line staff were like family.. Shirley and Kate are human but others are automatons and the booking online system is abysmal. Please , don't let the Practice be a victim of outside influences.
This has been my GP clinic since 1997. I recently found it impossible to get an appointment for 2 months for a significant back injury. I called multiple times to try to get any available appointments in the interim. They only found me an appointment after I sourced a neurosurgeon without a referral and was sent for an MRI - all out of pocket. The GP then agreed to see me sooner (6 weeks in) after seeing the report via email. They then referred me to their OSH clinic, which physically assessed me once out of my half a dozen ... read more
I have been attending this surgery for 20 years ,and cannot offer enough praise for every member of staff ..Doctors , Nurses , Receptionists.All so very caring , and especially Dr James Buck ,who always goes above and beyond to help me .My sincere thanks to all of you .
Been coming here for most of my life and can't recommend it enough. Dr Sinclair is so kind and knows how to deal with neuro divergent children. The nursing staff and receptionists are also amazing. Joondalup Drive Medical Center is just brilliant.
