Trouble seeing a doctor , reception staff do n'ot seem to give two hoots , unfortunately it seems that their jobs are secure and they are not willing to help patients. Realy stuck up non committal attitude with dismiive attitude .
I've been going there for many years and like all of the staff and the doctors. Never had any problems.
I have always had excellent treatment at this medical centre. Dr. McKibbin listens and explains all the options/treatments available in a very professional and caring manner. I can't fault the service I have had over many years.
This used to be a good practice but has now gone to rubbish. Bad enough charging $90 to get a script renewal but then couldn’t process the Medicare return. Couldn’t care less attitude. The quality of doctors has declined significantly. I’ve gone elsewhere that has good service, billing, availability and skill.
I felt very lucky and impressed by Dr. Karl's professionalism and expertise which were evident throughout the entire appointment. I went to see him for a knife cut on my finger, and he took time to check, test, and educate me with great patience, as well as provided valuable guidance. I would also like to thank the nurse - don`t know her name, who took good care of the wound and treated it quickly and efficiently.
