General rude services and products are way over priced so one star
I was greeted with a smile when I walked into store. My experience only went up from there. I hope in the near future to buy another bike. It will be definitely from This family company. Best Hugh.
Good honest free advice & charged me $28 for a rear cable change when other "cycling superstores" i.e Trek wanted more than double that.
Bought a $750 mountain bike for my teenage son over the weekend here. Nick the salesman knew everything about them as a professional rider himself and steered us into the better value deal than we originally went in for. Thumbs up to JCC as they also provide a 15% discount to Beaumaris Public School members. Update - 4 years on and I have bought another 3 mountain bikes from JCC and I couldn’t be happier.
