Was relatively rude made us feel as we were in his way and our work was not warranted for our older caravan, did not really consult us on what we wanted did not greet us and barged past us walk into van and started measuring, And basically didn't want to do the job
Waited a month to have a booking to repair a Thetford fridge with them, as a listed Thetford Service Agent only to be informed on arrival today that they do not service compressor fridges, poor form! They acknowledge this should have been confirmed from their end at booking, but it does not change the inconvenience, and now another wait to get it resolved!
