Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very effective. I would highly recommend these guys. Pricing is pretty simple and straightforward, and makes things really easy.
With Joonbug we have the least bugs and critters - Ever!
Amazing customer service! I sent a text around 8 PM last night and received a response first thing this morning with a service time for this afternoon. The entire process was incredibly quick, easy, and hassle-free. I really appreciate a company that is responsive and makes taking care of an issue this simple. Excellent service from start to finish!!! I highly recommend this family owned business, JoonBug!!!!!
Excellent and friendly service. I chose them specifically because they are locally owned and the owner and his family have taken really good care of us.
Exceptional company!! I have been using Joon Bug for more than a year and they are great. I have had no problem with ants and roaches since they have exterminated. They respond quickly and efficiently. They give you a report on everything they did and what they sprayed.
