Great surface and excellent staff. Me and my family have been going here for 6 years and have been happy the entire time.
Dr. Joo has been my dentist for over 10 years, and his work and care is top-notch! Dr. Joo takes the time to explain everything to you, takes his time with care, and really cares about his patients. The practice manager - Vonda is also so sweet. Dr. Joo can be trusted and should be seen for all dental matters.
Terrible billing practices. Proceed with caution. I just had a rough conversation with an employee who admitted there was a 5 month delay in billing properly and then wouldn’t allow payments. Then I was sent to collections even though I’m not a responsible party. Just be careful
Edit: Dr. Joo wrote me a note apologizing for not giving his undivided attention. Glad he is working on the issue and I appreciate the personal note. *** During my exam Dr. Joo wore only a face shield and did not put on a mask until after he started touching my mouth. Dr. Joo performed gum pocket exam by dragging a tool across the gum line unseen (which is not how it should be done).
