I called to ask whether the office had a copy of my MMR and Hepatitis A immunization records. I understood they might not have them if the vaccines weren’t administered there. However, the receptionist responded by asking, ”Why would you think we would have them?“ The wording and tone came across as dismissive rather than helpful. Dr. Joo is very kind, and Dr. Chris, with whom I work, listens carefully to patients and always pays close attention. I truly appreciate their thoughtful care. Switching my primary care to Joo Internal Medicine was a very good decision, and I feel comfortable receiving treatment there.
