Dr. Joo Lee is a wonderful physician. I am impressed with how quickly he responds to messages sent through MyChart, or by phone. When I go to the Methodist Care Group office, the staff is also thorough, kind and fair-minded, I’m grateful I found such a good primary care doctor and a staff who appreciates the needs of senior patients.

Dr. Lee is truly the best internist I’ve ever had. He’s kind, attentive, thorough, and genuinely listens. He takes his time going over your health history and makes you feel valued, never rushed. Somehow, every visit feels like you’re his only patient that day and that’s rare. He’s professional, patient, and a true gem of a doctor. That said, the new location leaves a lot to be desired.
