Dr. Seo was the first Neurologist to actually “care” about the wellbeing of my daughter. She listened to all of my concerns and together we found the right treatment. She would even invest her time to see how I (the parent) was handling everything. Office staff: I’ve never had an issue with.
Dr Seo is an amazing Doctor! She helped my son tremendously! I appreciate her very much! The staff some not all can use some training on communication and politeness. Kareem the nurse for Dr Seo is hands down the best! She’s efficient empathetic listens and delivers! I’ve read some of the reviews stating that Dr Seo doesn’t like to be questioned this is not true. Dr Seo and her colleagues/boss/senior colleague Dr Lee come from an egotistical perspective. Although they both possess the Neuro skill set, they lack empathy and compassion when you interact with them. They carry themselves as if they are above approach/questioning. They don’t like questions and tend to not welcome questions for comprehension. The are fast in their interaction with you as if they have something more important than you and your family’s need.
