I had one of the most difficult and confusing tax situations last year, no matter how many times I tried to resolve it with the IRS myself, I was met with no luck. I contacted Jonze & Associates last summer, and they quickly got results in a matter of days. Jovan was extremely professional and guided me through the entire process. I’m no longer worried about garnishments because of an audit from 4 years ago. Highly recommend for anyone who needs help with taxes and navigating communications with the IRS

I highly recommend Jonze & Associates, LLC to anyone looking for a reliable enrolled agent to help with tax planning and returns, I believe an enrolled agent offers the ideal mix between working with a CPA and handling things independently with software and Jonze & Associates really represent that quality. Things started out good, but there hasn’t been any changes to my tax situation. I also haven’t really been getting any updates and whoever answers the phone isn’t good either, and my calls aren’t returned. Today I called and a lady said the system was down and she couldn’t take a message, as if a pen and paper don’t work. I paid my $1500 still waiting on at least more updates.
