I wanted to take a moment to extend a special thanks Jon’s Windows and Awning for a great job and “honest” assessment of my (2) windows in need of repair. Though, I received a number of bids from other window contractors who all were quick to recommend window replacements, Mike Bird took the time to further evaluate and determined that both of my windows were still in a good state and just needed to be removed and reinstalled ensuring proper water proofing, sealing, and caulking.for water tight integrity. Huge shoutout to Mike Bird at Jon's Window and Awning for our new windows. We evaluated many vendors, and while they were competitive on price, what won us over was the personalized attention and their excellent communication. We went through several iterations of plans and Mike was patient and understanding through all the changes. Windows are a huge purchase and you want to make sure they're done right. Don't hesitate to work with Mike at Jon's - he will take care of you.
This company did an awesome job: They installed all windows with speed and care. Employees are friendly and mindful of the property. When we had a small concern, they fixed it immediately and we are now enjoying our beautiful new windows. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project and most of all the office employee who was helpful and professional at all times.
I wish that I could give them 10 stars. Jon and his team are simply amazing! In 2003, I needed to replace the old metal windows. A trusted coworker recommended Jon’s Window and Awning. Jon provided me with a fairly priced estimate to replace the windows and patio door with Milgard products. Mike came out to give me a quote on some window replacements and ended up turning it down due to requirements mandated by the historical zoning. He was kind and knowledgeable enough to stick around to give me a detailed explanation on some difficulties I will run into. I've had more than 5 other contractors come out and give me pricing. Not one measured the depth, which Mike demonstrated will cause major issues.
