Several minutes ago I gave a phone call to Jon's Pit Stop asking for directions and to see if a friend worked there; it went very bad. To start, a man, he sounded possibly Caucasian, didn't even bother saying the full name when answering, just "Jon", I had to verify if it was Jon's Pit Stop, and the tone in his delayed "ya" was as if I was stupid. good work. honest mechanic. reasonable prices.
I called to get a price I like to shop on the phone before I drive around town especially with the price of gas nowadays. they didn't answer but I left a message and they were good enough to call me back. although they weren't able to service me they did call me back and let me know that they weren't available and that counts for a lot. I'm sure there's a very good reason why they're so busy... they're THAT good.
