Nice people and a family run shop but very overwhelmed with work. You can see this just by driving by their shop and seeing cars overflowing into the street. Had our car for 4 months to replace the engine when our car broke down in Lexington. They stopped answering their phone for 2 months month so we didn't know the status of the car. They don't even have an answering machine to leave a message. Eventually had to drive 3 hrs. round trip to talk to them in person and figure out what was going on. Jon’s Import did a very good job with my Mercedes ML on short notice when I was in Lexington. Moreover, they stood behind their work above and beyond the call of duty when a new part failed through no fault of theirs. Highly recommend and will use them again. Good folks and conscientious.
