Hit my car while moving it. Damaged the car and did not tell me about it. I got home, noticed the issue. Turns out he knew he hit my car, had ordered the part to replace the broken component and planned to replace it when I took the car back in (we were waiting on other parts to arrive for the mechanical issue I was having). Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
Nice people and a family run shop but very overwhelmed with work. You can see this just by driving by their shop and seeing cars overflowing into the street. Had our car for 4 months to replace the engine when our car broke down in Lexington. They stopped answering their phone for 2 months month so we didn't know the status of the car. They don't even have an answering machine to leave a message. Eventually had to drive 3 hrs. round trip to talk to them in person and figure out what was going on.
