I had a great experience with Jon’s Bridal by Suzanne. Suzanne and Roxy were a fantastic team that made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Their system for picking your dream dress was super helpful, as I can be very indecisive! I found the perfect dress, and this is the only place I tried dresses on. When it came in, it fit me like a glove! The only alterations I needed were a hem and the bustle. Just note that my dress did take a long time to come in, so make sure you visit early!
I met Suzanne at a wedding expo last weekend, and from the start she was so confident and reassuring about helping me find THE dress. I had already been to two other stores and almost bought a dress at David’s Bridal because I liked it and am on a bit of a time crunch. I’m SO happy I didn’t go through with it! Went here for a dress in 2025. Service seems professional and personable. Dress was ordered. Then when the dress was supposed to arrive, we got the run around for 4 months. Never delivered on the dress. Suzanne’s attitude became vile and condescending. It’s not the first time it happened and it won’t be the last. The last thing a bride should have to worry about is a dress for the wedding that was bought 15 months in advance. I recently purchased my wedding dress from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne and I had the best experience. I bought my prom dresses from here and had the most pleasant experience then. Suzanne is such a kind woman who truly loves her job. Making an appointment was so fast and easy. When I first walked in she even remembered me and my maid of honor from when we bought our prom dresses there over 10 years ago! The boutique is intimate and full of any dress you could want. My girlfriend went here to find a bridesmaid dress. Had planned to go with whole party but she wasn’t able to make it to the appointment as she works in a hospital and while she had a personal day off, she had to go in for mandatory overtime. So we made a separate appointment and went with bride to be. As soon as we walked in the store salesperson started by referring to her as “the busy one” because she missed the original appointment and refused to learn or use her actual name.
