I recently purchased my wedding dress from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne and I had the best experience. I bought my prom dresses from here and had the most pleasant experience then. Suzanne is such a kind woman who truly loves her job. Making an appointment was so fast and easy. My girlfriend went here to find a bridesmaid dress. Had planned to go with whole party but she wasn’t able to make it to the appointment as she works in a hospital and while she had a personal day off, she had to go in for mandatory overtime. So we made a separate appointment and went with bride to be. As soon as we walked in the store salesperson started by referring to her as “the busy one” because she missed the original appointment and refused to learn or use her actual name. I wish I could give no stars, but I had to give this review to warn others. I was fooled at first with the excitement of dress shopping and trying to have a positive experience, but once I saw how rude Suzanne was towards my mother and mother-in-law to be, I wanted out. Suzanne was pushy, rude, and condescending and I felt that I had no way out of her shop! Even when I tried to change my demeanor and act done with the process, she’d put me in another dress. AMAZING PLACE & PEOPLE! I bought my dress here this weekend and was the best experience I could imagine. I went in nervous (excited nervous as I’m sure every bride does) but the ladies here made me feel right at home. They also made me feel extremely confident & beautiful! I highly recommend coming here to find your dream dress!!!!!
Had a wonderful time, shopping for my daughter's dress. The staff was amazing and didn't rush the process. They listened and answered any question.
