FYI: I’m not sure if they closed down, but my sister and I ordered online on a Friday evening at 8 pm. They are supposed to close at 9:30 pm. I went to pick up the food at 8:30 and the place was dark and empty. A handwritten paper inside the door says they are closed on Tuesdays but, obviously, I wasn’t there on a Tuesday. Why wouldn’t they shut down the ability to order online if they closed early or for the day? Thank goodness we didn’t pay online as we were planning to pay upon pickup. This place is a little overrated. I checked it out and I wasn't that impressed. I had the lunch special avocado roll, the five piece Sushi, the shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura. The avocado roll was pretty small as you can see. The sushi rolls were not that bad in size, but they were very warm. Typically I have them a little cool these were very warm. The poki salad was warm and lettuce wilted. The sushi looked sketchy. So disappointed. They say they have new management, you can tell. This place is nowhere near as good as it use to be. They need to change the name. We should have went to stater bros. They have better sushi, by far. Be cautious ⚠️

Wow! Let me first say that Jono's sushi USED to be my favorite sushi place in Eastvale since it opened. I frequented the restaurant almost once a week via Doordash, UberEats and at the restaurant itself. However, now Jono's is clearly under new management which has drastically changed the service, ambiance, and quality of food. My kids and I came to eat at this restaurant a few weeks ago. The food and price were actually quite good and fair. Initially the atmosphere was welcoming. It was on our second visit there, that left a poor taste in my mouth. I would like to preface this complaint by saying that our bad experience pertains to their customer service and not the food or prices.
