I started at Jono in October of 23. I was a little reluctant at first because of the “unknown” about CrossFit. I have been training at typical gyms for the past 15 years and wanted a bit of a change so I reached out to Josh. I recently had the pleasure in joining the gym (10 days ago), so I’m quite new.. but since joining, the coaches and people there make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I can’t say enough good things about the incredible Jono Athletics. Not to mention, the classes have been so fun — one of the things I look forward to in my days! =)
