If you want top notch customer service Johnny's Hot Tub is the place. New to hot tub ownership, so clueless about the whole chemical maintenance. Went into Johnny's and not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they took the time to give me a full tutorial on the chemical maintenance process. Something wasn't right with our new set up (nothing to do with Johnny's), JR came out and had us up and running in a couple minutes. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do and really care about their customers.... read more
