If you want top notch customer service Johnny's Hot Tub is the place. New to hot tub ownership, so clueless about the whole chemical maintenance. Went into Johnny's and not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they took the time to give me a full tutorial on the chemical maintenance process. Something wasn't right with our new set up (nothing to do with Johnny's), JR came out and had us up and running in a couple minutes. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Johnny and JR have both helped me on multiple occasions and are extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help diagnose and troubleshoot issues ensuring you get the best outcome possible. No better place to go for all your hot tub needs.
100% recommend Johnny’s hottub. Will only be utilizing them from here on out. Their knowledge of products and their quick and efficient ability to repair your spa is next to none. We had dealt with another local company several times in the last few years and were consistently given the run around, with frequent visits to “fix” issues that weren’t resolved, and if they were, were never covered under warranty despite having a brand new <2 year old spa. Utilize Johnny’s, without hesitation, you won’t regret it
