We are very appreciative of everyone at Johnny’s! We are new hot tub owners who have no idea what we are doing and Johnny’s has not only helped us understand how to care for our spa, but helped diagnose and treat an issue very promptly. JR has been very responsive and Dustin has been patient and is a wealth of knowledge.
I have owned about five hot tubs over the years and I have never experienced the service and expertise that I have with Jonny’s Hot TubI I needed a quick response as pump one on my three pump swim spa malfunctioned on a very cold winter day. After calling the original company where the spa was purchased it was Jonny that made the commitment to come that day! Not next week like the other company said!
