The excellent service started before I even left my house! I called the shop to ask if they had a specific bike in stock, I spoke with Jonny and he stated that while he did not have the specific one I was looking for, he had others that would meet the same standards. Upon arrival at the shop, Jonny immediately asked if I was the one who called about the petite bikes and from there I was paired with Justin who showed me the bikes best suited for me.
