Johnny on the Spot took our old rug (from the 19th century) which was badly in need of cleaning and returned it to us in better condition than I had hoped. Thank you for a great job.
Poor results from a recent rug cleaning. Charged us even when Pedro the delivery guy acknowledged that the rug still had visible debris in it. Owner- Mike- was not receptive to a discount/refund on substandard quality of cleaning. Poor service and quality of work. If they don't think the rug can be cleaned up to a standard- they should notify customer upfront and not charge for service.
The professionalism and efficiency of Johnny On The Spot Carpet really made the carpet cleaning experience seamless, and my rugs turned out great!
