We needed a place to rent while we were renovating our home and we cannot believe our good fortune to end up renting one of Johnny’s homes! The home was so impeccably designed and modern we copied many of his ideas in our renovation! He was so responsive and attentive to any question, concern or need ( there weren’t many as the home was so well taken care of!) Jonny Miller was awesome to work with!! He was incredibly accommodating and available at all times. He followed through on any detail that needed attention--but honestly very little needed attention--his place is fabulous! Incredibly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our time in his place.
Jonny was well prepared for every showing and was so easy to work with while still being extremely professional. The seller had some issues responding even tho the contract had verbally been agreed on. It was stressful for us as well as Jonny. But Jonny was able to get it worked out so that we could still meet our closing date. We were very impressed with his ability and great efforts to get it done. I would recommend Jonny to anyone buying a house.
Jonny doesn’t see us as “a sale”, he sees US. He wanted to understand our needs and desires and was more than willing to take us through whatever we wanted to see, no hurry, no pressure, always offering feedback about value, costs for improvements, pricing, maintenance, etc. He has contracting experience and was therefore a real asset for our new purchase, providing many resources for work and materials, subcontractors and vendors.
