She is horrible! If she oversees your family in a nursing home switch immediately! She doesn’t care one bit and people are dying because of it!
As a nurse of 40+ years I found her no nonsense, non dramatic, observation based diagnosis & treatment refreshing , minimalistic & highly effective. Would change insurances if necessary
