I was visting AZ and was nervous about getting my nails done here after researching many nail salons near Sedona. I drove 30mins and it was very worth it! The customer service was amazing, The male that did my nails asked exactly what I wanted and that's what I received. I need a fill in but I received this service on June 22nd 25 still looks great month later..
I absolutely love this salon! I am new in town, and was looking for a salon to go to regularly in my neighborhood for my self-care time. I called in advance to make my appointment and the owners worked with my schedule to find a time for me. Do not go to this place! The owners pushed my appointment back from 9:30 to 10am and when I showed up at 9:59 the place was locked up! They showed up shortly after (without saying thank you), one finished and tossed a beer bottle right in front of me then unlocked the place even though they open at 9am… I was more than happy and kind to accept the later appointment. Hours are not updated! Waited outside door was still locked. Called, and someone answered and said no appointments were available for one nail fix. No walk-in accepted, including if you have one nail that needs fix!
Flew into AZ for a wedding late and ended up booking an appt somewhere else too far away. They were able to work with me and my friend’s schedule and get us in! Clean shop, perfect dip set, and super nice people! Wish I lived closer.
