Jonid was WONDERFUL - he fully painted some rooms and in others touched up walls/trim/ceilings! He was knowledgeable about which products to use where (and in tricky areas like basement floors and 100 yr old walls). Efficient, flexible, trustworthy, cost effective and an overall great process and product.
I highly recommend Jonid's Painting and Other Stuff because he is a punctual, fair, and a very conscientious worker. I had Jonid power wash and scrape the old solid coating from my very old deck and apply a solid stain in July 2025 during an extremely hot period. It looks fantastic. He just came back today to stain the railing. I was waiting for the wood to cure after replacement of the old railing. I was truly pleased with the final product.
