Terrible management company...where should I begin? First of all, Lewis moved us into an apartment without an occupancy permit on file. As a "professional" he should know what is needed before handing keys to a tenant. It is ILLEGAL in the City of St. Louis to rent a unit without an occupancy permit. He didn't inform us that the inspection needed to be done until we had lived here 6 months! The deck, which should have been a major selling point to the unit is unfit for ANYONE TO USE! DONT RENT HERE,RUUUUUNNNNN!!!!! Wish I can rate a 0. I hate they bought RedBrick Properties out.They have the most nastiest attitude ever! I hate I renewed my lease not knowing they were the NEW OWNERS I’ll do ANYTHING to get out my lease due to these ppl not wanting to fix anything and talkin to me any kind of way.
