Terrible management company...where should I begin? First of all, Lewis moved us into an apartment without an occupancy permit on file. As a "professional" he should know what is needed before handing keys to a tenant. It is ILLEGAL in the City of St. Louis to rent a unit without an occupancy permit. He didn't inform us that the inspection needed to be done until we had lived here 6 months! The deck, which should have been a major selling point to the unit is unfit for ANYONE TO USE!
