Helpful, friendly staff.
I did an online quote for homeowners and it was too high but the lady there sent me an email as a follow-up which was nice, so I think they're pretty well run operation even though they couldn't earn my business at this point.
If you want a down to earth insurance provider, you go to Joni. Joni and her staff are awesome and will make sure all your insurance needs are met. They really make you feel like you have a team of people that have your back when times are tough. Great company all around.
