Professional, kind, courteous and informative.
I was well taken care of by all the staff members there. There was going to be a delay in my procedure due to miscommunications between departments but everything was cleared up quickly and I was not delayed too long. Everyone was polite and expressed impressive professionalism in my care. and extreme politeness though out the hospital. I could tell Doctor Pineda-Bonilla is a terrific surgeon with great skills from his aftercare notes where he took great care in gathering the biopsies in every area of concern.
