I’ve been coming to this clinic for four months now, and I’m extremely satisfied. Every visit, the doctor listens sincerely and takes the time to answer all of my numerous questions without ever seeming bothered, which has really impressed me. The staffs are also friendly and knowledgeable, and they handle everything quickly and efficiently. 의사의 불친절한 태도에 대해 부정적인 후기를 남긴 후, 병원 측에서 제 예약을 일방적으로 취소하고 약 재발급도 거부했습니다. 환자의 정당한 의견 표현에 대해 보복성 조치를 취하는 것은 매우 비윤리적이라고 생각합니다. 의사로서의 기본적인 윤리 의식보다 자신의 평판을 우선시하는 태도에 깊이 실망했습니다. 이런 상황을 겪고 나니, 이곳에서 다시 진료를 받고 싶다는 생각이 들지 않습니다.

I felt very upset after speaking with the office staff today. They said my follow-up appointment was canceled because of my previous honest review. The doctor’s behavior raises serious ethical and professional concerns. According to the staff, the doctor yelled at me simply because I didn’t understand what he said — which I found completely inappropriate. No patient deserves to be treated that way. This experience made me lose trust in this clinic.
