I just waited and hour and 15 minutes to have my blood drawn for two seconds. It was actually longer than that because I arrived for my appointment early. heard the nurse practitioner? Outside the door talking the whole time I was waiting. I get patients are supposed to be patient but we do have lives, and patients should come first. If I honor my appointment time, so should you.
