If you want your children to be surrounded by cockroaches, with supervisors who don't care to call an exterminator, with staff that aren't allowed to take bathroom breaks, send them to this KinderCare location. They might also lose your working papers 6 months into your job and make you miss 2 weeks of work unpaid. I was told that my son needed an “aid” with him while he attended the center in which I had to pay additional for on top of tuition. One of the teachers was willing to work with my son. As soon as he misbehaved, the owner tells me I could not bring him back unless he has an aid with him in which I already paid for the week. This information was told to me as I dropped him off in the morning that I could not bring him back. Whereas, my son’s grandmom picks him up everyday and nothing was said to her the previous day. My daughter no longer goes to this center and still over $300 was taken out of my account. Do you think they refunded it once it was brought to their attention? No… it’s the end of the week and I keep hearing “I’ll call back” or “ it’s done” and I still do not have my money. Nobody is on the same page. My daughter absolutely loved her teacher Ms. Bethel and she was our only reason to keep my child enrolled. This center was great but after seeing and learning how things should be ran this isn’t the place.

I was extremely disappointed in the care provided. In dropping my daughter off I was happy to meet the director and that she recognized the new enrollment. Throughout the zoom call before I signed up, I was assured I would meet the teacher in the infant class and be able to discuss concerns. Although this was not true. When I picked up My daughter she was handed to me by someone I was not introduced to and I did not recognize.
