Very kind people, Sally helped me out with my payroll check and she truly banks with a smile. Might open my accounts here someday
Will block transactions (even recurring) with no cause multiple times a month which garner late fees and completely inconvenience the customer. Have paid hundreds in late fees up to this point and should not have to constantly be on the phone disputing charges I make on a regular basis.
