Recently worked with Barb to open new accounts and then again when dealing with some scamming issues on our account. She was very knowledgeable about what to do, handled everything efficiently and was very kind. We are happy to be able to make a quick call to the branch and get a human to respond to our questions.
I will never personally bank with JBT. Unfortunately my company deals with them and I have the pleasure of depositing the checks into accounts. The branch manager has no idea how to interact with customers obviously and is setting a great example for her employees. I will drive 20 mins to another JBT than go to this branch down the road. Pretty bad when you go to other branches and they say "Oh yeah we get lots of complaints about that branch"
