If I can give a 0 i wish. Do not believe the shipper / broker, saying your appointment is @9am. Those people's start receiving @11am. Waisting time and people's so rude.
The unloading took 6 hours; there’s no point in coming before 11 a.m.
Никогда !! Никогда не приезжайте сюда! Тут работают грубые и ленивые сотрудники. Раньше 11 часов они вас не приймут. И они не могут читать бол! Я возвращался к ним 2 раза за час так как они не могли понять забрали они свой товар или нет !! Это просто самое отстойное место для разгрузки из всех тех где люди не хотят работать ! Из за них я потерял день и деньги!!
Terrible customer service
Wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. Will not let you speak, transferring your call in the middle of you speaking (Jessica). Asked for supervisor who did not listen either and did not care to address the issue at hand. Looking at other reviews I can see it isn’t just me. I hope to never ever deal with them again.
