One of the greatest Senior Centers in Tennessee!!!
I had orientation on the fitness machines. I am going to get with the fitness personal trainer to set me up a program. In the mean time I have started walking again.
Great staff, great activities, great times! It's a great place to be!
I love the Bridge Club. Can't wait until funding is enough to supply doors for our card room so we can play with less distraction from the kitchen, kitchen aroma or others rushing in to empty tables with their food to play scrabble.
The Staff is amazing and the members are involved, engaged, and welcoming.
