It sucks, these people did not do a good job putting up an awning, my grandmother struggled for a week, and the awning they put up was not attached to any studs and when it snowed it came crashing down. When we called them about it they wouldn’t send anyone to come fix it.
I have compared many awning companies and Charla does the best job by far! Her install process is better and her attention to detail is wonderful. Great Job!! Thanks!!!
