Have know the Owners for many years and recently had an unfortunate opportunity to use their services. The staff was very helpful and exactly what you would hope for when arranging the final requests of you love ones. The facility is very neat and tidy, plenty of room for all who will attend. The audio Visual presentations were very nice as they took the provided images and music and made a presentation for viewing and Final Presentation. I ordered a replacement memorial ornament from this funeral home as they sell them and the one we had got broke. The ornament came with my Mothers name changed by the funeral home. When I complained the woman on the phone was less than kind but did promise a replacement name tag. 6 mos later and I haven’t received it. This was an expensive ornament $48.15. A year ago my mother passed away unexpectedly. Having not dealt with something as tragic as that before, I was lost. I didn’t know how to handle arrangements and the funeral, and the burial or anything. From the moment my family and I met Scott he made us feel like he was part of the family. He sympathized and listened, and helped us through the entire process. He really made the process stress free given the circumstances and took a huge weight off of our shoulders.
