I had a bad leak on my outside irrigation pump. I was hesitant to call someone but finally decided I needed professional help. Once I called Brooks at Jones Pump & Irrigation, he was over within a few hours and had fixed the leak within just a couple of minutes of arriving. Talk about quick and QUALITY service! I know who I will be calling from now on with any of my irrigation pump needs, NO QUESTION!
I would give negative stars if I could. They fixed a sprinkler system for my mom. Not only did they do sub-par work, used cheap fitting, made her (at 76) fill in the holes: but they damaged her house! They left one of the sprinklers open with a rod sticking out of it. It was right under her soffit. When the sprinklers came on it shot water up into her roof. Was the worst took advantage of me and made one side of my house saturated with water now said not his problem.
I seeded my yard yesterday. I turned on my sprinkler system and had a catastrophic sprinkler failure. I called up Jones' Wells Pumps & Irrigation, and was told they could take care of me the next day. Mr. jones himself came here and fixed my issue in a timely fashion. He really knew what he was doing. 5 stars! Now my lawn will have the greatest chance for survival. Give him a call for your sprinkler and irrigation needs. (321)729-6674.
