Went here on a whim, in need of a new primary care doctor, and had a bunch of random issues that needed to be checked out. Dr. Jones was extremely respectful, thoughtful of my time, and thorough, describing everything to me in detail and explaining that the thoroughness is necessary because so many medical issues are linked. My pharmacy was giving me a hard time after trying to pick up a medication he prescribed to me, and he called them instantly and stood up for me. Jones Wellness Center is one of the best healthcare providers in New Orleans. My visits with Dr. Jones is a 5 Star service. He totally cares about people and goes beyond the call of duty. He takes time explaining all information to makes sure that I understand. Most importantly he listens and confirm that, I, the patient commits to following his advice. During my visit, I had a consultation for my well-being and current health issues. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed medication immediately.
