I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I taped photos of each logo that needed to be embroidered onto each shirt showing exactly how each one each should look. They assured me this was no problem. When I picked up my shirts, he failed to follow my directions. He never called me to tell me he could not follow my directions. He did whatever he wanted and ruined several shirts with horrible looking embroidery.
