Great staff, quality report rental, clean bathrooms.
Very friendly and helpful staff from start to finish and always have an amazing time on the house boats. Will definitely be back again soon.
We’ve been going to Jones Valley for our family vacation for over 10 years. Ryan, Paula, Keith, Jeff, Kerri, Tonia and the staff there are amazing! Labor Day weekend 2026 was a blast! Thank you so much to the Jones Valley Resort Crew! Keith, quad squad, rentals, Ryan and management staff along with everyone else made this trip with my husband's coworkers an amazing time! Flexibility with departure and returns were excellent. I fully recommend renting from them if you are wanting an amazing experience on Lake Shasta!
