Tim from Jones truck repair worked on our class A RV onsite. The calipers and pads were bad on the rear wheels and needed replacement. Tim worked with us for 2 days as we got the right parts. He was helpful throughout procurement and replaced the calipers quickly. Hopefully we never need it again but if we do need help we won't hesitate to call Jones Truck Repair.

My Experience was a nightmare. I cant share my whole experience here do to limited character space. Just know that $1327 later my truck had to be towed to freightliner. Tim wasnt able to get my truck up and running. Use 2 days to run regens and to install a $602 part they may have not been the issue because the truck still wouldnt drive more than 5mph. Freightliner stated it was sensor and had me in and out the same day and cleared all codes. Total cost $1929 for absolutely NOTHING! I will be filing a claim with the attorney... read more

Mecanic was nice but not tractor knowledgeable . He could not get my tractor to regen and he actually made it worse so now I have to get it towed to a shop. The reciepts your given for your money are not correct if you get one. I'm in the same boat now as the last guy who tried to get him to regen a tractor.

State Farm Roadside service couldn’t make it to help me with a lockout that occurred after hours. Jones Repair got to my truck in 30 minutes and had my door opened within minutes. Super fast and friendly service!

They had to do a repair to a trailer that developed a cracked frame on the sliding tandem axle. Stellar service & professional courtesy!
