I saw Dr. Troy for frequency and urgency of urination. He sent me for a urinalysis and I never heard from him again.i called his office twice and left messages, which were never returned. Today I came for my pre-op clearance. I got all of my pre-op testing done, CXR, EKG, blood, mersa, etc yesterday so he would have it today. Came for my appointment and was told it was cancelled but I could see his PA two weeks from now. Couldn't be more disappointed and angry. His staff are disorganized, incompetent and nasty.
Dr. Troy always takes the time to listen to my concerns and when recent health issues arose that he admittedly wasn't too versed in, he took it upon himself to do more research and get back to me. I'm grateful to find such a great doctor in a small town practice!
I love Dr. Troy Jones! He is the ONLY doctor that listened to me and allowed me to listen to my body and respected me when I knew something wasn’t right. Because he listened, he saved my life. I no longer see Dr. Jones and it devastates me. I moved to SC and I have yet to find a doctor that even slightly compares. Also, his nurse that brings you to your room and does your intake…just the best gal! You will not regret seeing Dr. Troy!!
