Great timely service. I was told the service for a recall and routine maintenance could take up to 3 hours or more to complete, but they were finished in about an hour and 15 minutes. All employees I had an interaction with were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Jones Toyota Sales and Service.
Was quoted for a “timing cover leak” to the tune of $6500 at Jones. Went to a local mechanic who examined my vehicle and determined it to be not leaking at all and rather spilled oil from previous jobs. Surprise, guess where it was serviced last? Jones. Also way over quoted on brakes and fixing some other issues. Sorry to say but just can’t trust them anymore!
Michael Gonsalves is always on point. He is a great service advisor and takes good care of me and my car. He always makes sure I get where I need to go by shuttle if my car is in service and keeps me informed on my car’s service.
