Great experience at Jones Toyota service center - quick oil change, plus they fixed minor scratches and returned the car fully washed. Special thanks to Luz Hinterlong for going above and beyond and making the visit seamless.
I scheduled an appointment specifically for an oil change. I was there for two hours. I checked in with staff on the status of my car as I noticed multiple people come and go while I sat there waiting for an oil change that should not take that long. The service advisor, Logan who had not checked in with me at all during my wait, finally told me my car was done and rushed me out saying he figured I would want to just get going. Went in for an oil change. They did it pretty quickly and checked my tires and brakes and they topped off the fluids in my car. Overall great experience, waiting area is really comfortable
