9/16/24: I had a very bad experience here with Dave Crocken. I called to set up an oil change with the scheduler. I informed the scheduler that I had purchased a prepaid maintenance package at Ourisman Toyota. She said I would not be charged and to take the car to the dealership. I took my car in, shook Dave’s hand, and brought up the prepaid maintenance agreement. He said he saw I prepaid for maintenance at another dealership and had me sign a form for authorization of an oil change for $0.00. He also told me I would not be... read more

I couldn’t be more pleased with my latest experience with Jones Toyota. Two days ago a warning light came on while I was driving my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid in the country late in the afternoon. The message indicted that something needed to be checked in the hybrid system. I called Jones and asked Ally, the customer service representative who answered, whether this was an emergency.
