Great guys excellent attitude and prompt service
Was charged for parts and labor that wasnt done to my vehicle. And also found stuff missing in my vertical.
Took two of our fleet trucks to this shop. Both trucks had the death wobble. First truck, which is now at the ford dealership after a month, has death wobbled again after jones technician "fixed" it. The dealership tore the truck apart and has found wrong parts forced into the truck so bad that other parts are broken now. Second truck that was taken to them lasted a week and went to the dealership. Jones technician did not accept any responsibility for not fixing the trucks and told us that we were at fault.
