This review is NOT against Dr. Jones, because I love her. This is about the receptionist that said that no longer take medicaid I said I will pay cash. So when I came out from seeing the dentist she said they will take it this time but won't be able to take it again. I said I have to make another appointment she said they can't take me even after I said I will pay cash she said they still can't legally because I have insurance, but you don't my insurance so why can't I pay cash. We can't. So now I have to find another dentis... read more

Dr. Jones is a awesome Dentist. She's very patient and highly experienced. I travel from the Northside of Chicago for her services.
Dr. Jones and her staff has the best customer service and care in the business! I appreciate their willingness to work their patients in during emergencies and how they always go above and beyond the call of duty and service! My entire family absolutely love her!!!
