Very professional and courteous organization!
they are dropping me as a customer because I did not replace my roof at my expense even though a home inspector told me when I bought the house that the roof didn't need replaced for several years. they have also dropped the ball on policies and payments multiple times.
We insured all our properties with Steve for less than a year- we made the switch because of the worlds worst customer service. If poor customer service could be a comedy show- this guy would be doing world tour stand up performances. COMPLETELY non responsive. Then even after cancelling he is still charging us, and refuses to respond or return payment.
I am extremely dissatisfied with State Farm as my homeowners insurance provider. I had damage to my roof, and State Farm is refusing to help get it replaced. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. We provided them with all key facts and documentation, and they still refuse to help: 1. Repairability:The first repair done before us was clearly a failure, which was obvious to us. Jackie was great, she helped us out so much with our car and home insurance. She got us an awesome rate, saved us money and we ended up with better coverage!!!! Definitely recommend.
