I bought a Jones bag a few years ago and I love it. In the past bags have only lasted me a few years but this one has been holding up. It has all the goodies too like a cooler and plenty of pockets as well. Their customer service is excellent too if you ever run into problems. Highly recommend.
I’ve always bought Jones bags and gear with confidence, but this 5-star review is specifically for their customer service. I had an issue with their golf bag, and the reply to my email was quick, informative and presented step-by-step instructions to fix the issue with the bag. The customer service professional, Jesse, even included a picture to show what to do. Tremendous brand, even better service. Thank you!
