Fantastic customer service! I had a stand bag that quit working out of warranty. With most companies, you just get to buy a new one. Jones, seeing that I had purchased several bags, worked with me like a concierge. They helped me with a bit of a discount, but more importantly, expedited the new bag with custom name and artwork to arrive in time for an annual tournament. The product is spectacular, and the service is premiere. Thank you!
Great products but even better Customer Service. I purchased an A2 backpack that I love. When I first got it, it had just some minor flaws in the seams which weren't a huge deal. I contacted Jesse with the warranty department and he said monitor them and if it splits let him know. about a month later I took it on a mission trip out of the country and the abuse of travel finally made the seam give way. Not your normal golf bag company. Quality to top notch but so is their customer service. If there is any changes or information needed for your order they call you directly and are very kind. Jesse was great over the phone. Love supporting this company

I wish I could give Jones more than 5 stars. I've owned three Jones bags (all different makes) over the years and they continue to be a standout amongst the rest of the field. Beyond their construction and design, I've been most impressed with their customer service. Jesse has done a phenomenal job helping me troubleshoot a stand issue on my Rover. A very big thank you to Jesse and the Jones team for all of their help. A great group of people making a great impact on the game of golf.
