I can't begin to say how pleased I am with the service I received at Jones! They started repairing my sewing machine right when I came in the store. I have sewing for over 50 years and Anthony taught me quite a few new things so I could adjust my machine and take better care of it. They were so friendly and accommodating while we were there, offering water and to look around the store. I will be back to Jones for all my sewing machine repairs and maybe just to visit with the guys!!

I took my Bernina sewing machine to them and they got into it and there were some loose parts and they told me they didn't feel comfortable working on it and to take it to Gary's Bernina. , who told me it couldn't be fixed. I DIDN'T FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT. i went back to Jones and asked them what they recommended and he told me to take it to Twin Falls sewing ctr. and Larry was a wiz at fixing machines. This store has the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. They looked at my sewing machine immediately and fused it on the spot. Other places told me it would be at least a week wait or more and no doubt they would have charged me more. They are knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
