I would choose no stars if this let me. It was a nightmare experience. This guy doesn’t have any insurance which meant when he broke our chimney it was 10,000 down the tubes for us in repairs. We woke him at home with a reminder call when he didn’t show up when scheduled. He showed up having not eaten or brought any of his own food and kept telling us how faint he felt.
